Izza on noodles. I just heat in Micowave for few seconds and then throw in pan and add sauce and what else u like Steam veggies.
Gilled chicken what ever.
How are you doing with smoothies? I haveto get back. I keep saying that. But I really like it and they did me well.
So many recipes on those too.
So many ways.
