Still waiting for DH 's test results. Quick test was neg for seasonal flu. Waiting for covid test....lost count of time waiting....ten days or so. Concerned
the numbers reported are not correct if testing is ten days behind.

He was cleared by doctor to go back to work : stocking shelves with food at WM.

No one else has caught the bug from him. We take 10,000 units D3 and stocked up on refills and more K2. Eating the oranges sent from FL by Grandpa and adding vit C .

I feel like this is a bad dream and cant wake up. Focusing on eating real food, cooked at home. A little canned but mostly frozen meats , turkey , veg and herbs and dried spices ......
