Thank you, Voyager and Azlocarb! I have sent the links to both articles to my Dad. He is facing his second bypass, or other surgery, to correct his first one that is starting to give out. He'll probably have the surgery in October or November, and I am very concerned. Although, he's doing better than the case study in the first article who died on the operating table. Dad had his 5-way bypass over 15 years ago.

Dad and Mom are both low-carbing, working into it at least.
