The moderator Dorrie, who lives in India, slipped into a 25 BMI this morning…her Fitbit calls that Ideal, not just plain Healthy. Her Fitbit history went back to 2015! It really is amazing that members not only break through long standing stalls but except for little breaks in between, keep going.
