Musles are only mildly sore today, so I'll probably add another set of each exercise tomorrow. I think I may have done something wrong with the leg lifts, though, because my right hip abductor muscle really hurts like I pulled it. Ouch! Better rest it for an extra couple of days and recheck my technique the next time I do those.

I miss the leg press machine at Curves, too...I really was getting some good results in my calves and thighs with that. I don't miss that sadistic squat machine, though.
