That pace is on par with my best 10K time. I've got 3 months to improve upon it. April's 10K will be here before I know it.

I have always been worried about fasting while working out. Reading this has really motivated me to give it a try. Maybe at least once a week. Currently in the middle of my first 24 hr fast. So far felt fine through the morning workout and throughout the day. It will be interesting to see how I skate tomorrow. Thanks for the inspiration.
