I'm groggy and tired. I've been at this for months and, for me, this is a hard time. It's hard to stay committed, stay on track, keep giving up things l'd like to be eating, mentally staying in the place I need to be to meet my goals. Bleh. I just want to go back to bed this morning!

Think about all the things you've learned in your life? Were they immediate? No. We don't learn that way. Eventually, slipping up and feeling it will create the feedback mechanism that hollers "NO" when you are tempted by food that makes you sick. I have not eaten wheat, rice or oats in over ten years but it took a while of feeling bad to get there. Take what you know and apply it in the future and you will be fine.
