Thanks, Walnut, for that info. I decided to up my carbs and now I'm going in the opposite direction. Haha I've gained 2 pounds in 2 days. Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong or if I should just throw my scale out the window. I'm leaning towards the scale. LOL
Here's what I ate yesterday......
Breakfast.......coffee with heavy cream, 1 cup greek yogurt with 2 tbsp mixed sunflower seeds, unsweetened coconut, walnuts, and pecans.
Snack......1 1/2 celery sticks with 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
Lunch.......raw broccoli with low carb blue cheese dressing
Dinner........2 egg omelet with butter, heavy cream, spinach, and a little feta, 3 slices bacon, and 1/8 pkg of sf jello for dessert.
I felt like I ate very healthy so I'm not understanding the weight jump. This morning I was up a whole pound. Also, I should add that I drink one cup of coffee in the morning and decaf, unsweetened, home-brewed tea the rest of the day.
