Thanks Judy. Hopefully no bump before Monday, but if I do, I'll probably sneak back to today's weight for the posting. I'm in a downward trend right now so I'm hopeful this is going to stick. (I'm eating shirataki noodle spaghetti right now, so I'm doing my part  )
