I've been making something similar for my lunch at work. I love walnut in any form, I've been a walnut feen ever since I was young as my grandmother always had them at the house. Some of my favourite basic salads are brown lentils with grapes, very simple but surprisingly yummy. Melon is one of my favourite fruits so I make up a melon and walnut salad. I find that a lemon dressing works best with the melon but that's my personal taste maybe.
