Wyatt, yes I look at things from the gram perspective, too. Right now I'm shooting for around 1470 calories with 90 grams of fat, 20 grams of carbs, and 145 grams of protein (trying the higher protein for a while). That fits right into the ranges they suggest for my height (5'6") on the chart you linked to. Interesting chart. Thanks for sharing!
