DAY 1. Feb 17, 2010
Today I did an hour workout at the gym. I will try to go at least 5x a week or 3 at the least. The days I dont make it, I will do Tae-Bo workouts at home.

THIS IS THE ORDER I WORKED OUT:
10minn. on the Bike(~ high resistance)
40minn. Weight Machines(I try to get all body parts worked)
10minn. on the Elliptical(~ slow and fast speeds)

When I finish a workout, it feels sooo good!! I love it when my shirt is soaked in sweat...Job done!
