For me, it was low carb cheesecake.
I put on the “COVID 15” and have lost about half. Turns out, it was probably the almond crust as much as anything else!
Had some health setbacks that are due to experimenting with tolerances. And I have none for certain food categories. Which is good to know.
Every time I come back… I come back better. That’s how I know I’ve learned.
