Love Dr Berry's no nonsense, straight forward , hit you between the eyes delivery in all his YouTube videos. He's not demeaning, just brutally honest.

Saw his YouTube posting of "lies my doctor told me" some time ago. It was uplifting as I was already feeling my doctors are useless. Good for emergencies but not chronic disease.

I 've given up sharing such important info to a friend that is DT1 and continues to gain weight. ......And another friend that is 300-400# and wants his food and to sit all day. Nothing I've shared from doctors in the know have had an impact.

Undoing 50 years of brain washing will take another 1-2 generations to get everyone healthy again. These doctors need to keep spreading the word, until the medical establishment gets it.
