Last night on shift.
Wanted to get two sets of 50 stairs in tonight, but it is not to be.
Got to 36 sets and a queasiness fell over me, so I stopped rather than barf on the stairs. It was a bummer because I was on track for a good time.

20 minutes, 165 avg heart rate.

I'll see about a second go-around later on tonight/early morning hours.

EDIT - later on during night shift:
OK so I did a set of 50 trips up and down the two flights. It's pretty obvious that I'm not carbed up: Heart rate is high, not going quick, and I feel icky.
30:24 minutes, 169 heart rate

While I was cooling down from that, my OCD kicked in and I decided that I *had* to finish the first set that got interrupted. So I put in 14 more trips.

That was a fugly cardio session. I felt a bit sick for most of it, heart rate was up around 175 after each trip up/down. Had to rest at the bottom quite a bit, but I ground it out.
10:58 minutes 171 avg heart rate.
