I really didn't want to exercise, but it's been 11 days, and I can feel my pants tightening up, because I've been eating a lot of junk since Thanksgiving.

You can get away with that when you do 30 min of hard cardio every day. When you are sedentary, not so much.

This is my fourth 12 hour long night shift, and the first one that I've gotten enough day-sleep that exercising even felt like an option. I'm needed for a lot of the holiday decorating activities, so I lose out on sleep.

Anyway, I got it done - even if I didn't really want to do it. Now to get diet in check (as much as possible, given the season) and be consistent on the stairs.
