Yes, I whip the cream and add in the hot gelatin + flavor + sweetener mixture.
It is really fast to make, I usually make 3-4 cakes and jello so that I can always have something sweet and quick to eat on hand. It takes me about 2 weeks to get through them. And the dishes go in the dishwasher. If you don't have a dishwasher make sure you wash the dishes right away as the gelatin is hard to get off after it hardens.
