Thu Mar 26 - 25 min walk in fav park - they took down the hand-feed bird station. I don't know why I thought it would be up. Of course they took it down. I had my own seed, so stood for awhile, but no birds. I walked to a lookout deck farther down the trail and there they were, chickadees buzzing my head but they didn't light to take the seed I had. So the station has been down for awhile, I'm thinking.
Sat Mar 28 - 30 min walk in nearby park. It took me longer because I was walking slower than usual, babying my back today. pix
