Hi Deb, been here as long as you.... 16 yrs and yeah, I'm still following the same plan.
Mostly Carnivore with a salad somewhere in the mix and maybe some broccoli, but mostly meat. I don't really know any other way to eat.
been eating this way for 46 yrs.. guess i've always been a meat eater.
