I have a copy of PP, and found it complimentary to DANDR. Used it to find a baseline protein level, as DANDR is rather overly liberal regarding protein. I can too easily down a pound of nice beef.....and that can really slow weight loss. Binging on beef though is far preferable to ice cream, which is really DANDRs point; I just tend to abuse the excuse to enjoy the beef. Now if it was fish, no risk of binging there.

I keep my copy as its rather good imho.

Im not sure I can name a program I follow these days, a bit of many similar ones, learning key elements in each.
