Looking for a little incentive to drop 5 pounds at a time? A challenge that is gentle and self affiriming? Here is a challenge where I "compete" against myself, racing for the next five pounds lost.

Race from 210 to 205 to 200 at YOUR speed. When you reach 205, 200 is the next goal. Reached 200?, then 195 is the next goal.

Getting started---

Starting at 226 ?, then 225 is your first goal; 220 is your next goal.

At 189?.....then 185 is your first goal; then 180. Got the idea?? Set your goal in whole 5 lb increments.


Weight fluxuates, that is normal. Up-Down-Up-Down-Down. Get there when YOU get there. Keep your eye on YOUR prize. FIVE POUNDS AT A TIME.
