It could be the meds. But a pound a week is good. I had to keep telling myself that! Clothes don't lie and even if my numbers (weight) doesn't go down much, the inches do. SO hang in there. I have been on prozac and am slowly getting off it again. My whole life has been a vicious cycle with fibro!! Good luck.
