-db Lateral raises: 5x10, 10x10, 12x9, 10x9
-bb bentover rows: 30x11, 40x11, 50x10
-front raises: 5x10, 10x8, 10x10 done in singles. Left ant issues, but getting stronger
-shoulder presses: 12x10, 15x10x2 (arms in front)
I quit early. No cardio today.
