Love this story! Thanks, Demi. That photo of Joan in the pink bodysuit is a knockout. Even though at her same age (77), I don't have the motivation to achieve what she has done for herself, I totally believe it's possible.

If new romance is in the picture for her future, I hope she'll hold out for someone approximately her own age who shares her interest in fitness "fun." I'm afraid that would be a rare person indeed. But her independence and spirit are the most important assets she has now, and I wish her well in pursuing her career as a health Guru!
