Hi,
I have a lot of Leslie's DVD's. I just bought her Miracle Miles with the jelly exerciser band. I love it. It gives a good upper body workout. That is my plan for the Winter. Her DVD's and some weight lifting DVD's. I think building more muscle will help me lose more weight.
