However, you may want to make the decision on what proteins to include based on your #1 Health priority...which would seem to be Reversing Diabetes. Why eliminate eggs and cheese now if you also want to eat very low carb for diabetes control (20g crabs)? The more starches you need to replace the eggs, cheese and fish, the harder to control BG. https://www.dietdoctor.com/diabetes
