Dr. Walker talks about them and people who live in Norway etc. I guess cloudy areas affect people in this way also. I was stationed in Adak Alaska and there was a more remote outpost far to the west - Shemya, an Air Force airfield that was almost always socked in in dense sea fog, and they had a lot of medivacs (medical evacuations) for personnel issues with the lack of sunlight and I guess depression related afflictions.
