I did go to the gym today and I did my upper body stuff:
Compound Row: 50lbs 2 sets of 12 reps
Overhead Press: 40lbs 2 sets of 12 reps
Lateral Raise: 50lbs 2 sets of 12 reps
Tricept Extension: 40lbs 2 sets of 12 reps
Adominals: 50lbs 2 sets of 12 reps
For my cardio I was able to do the cross trainer for 5 minutes. My illness has really weakened me, hopefully temporarilly.
I got a nice compliment from the trainer who um.. trained me on the machines, he said my form was good. yeah I'm doing something right!! ![Thumbs up](/images/smilies/icon14.gif)
