Most ranch dressing mix recipes include powdered buttermilk and sugar.
I'm wondering if this modified list, put in a shaker bottle, would work for Atkins/LC.

3 Tbs dried Parsley
1 Tbs granulated Garlic
2 tsp granulated Onion
2 tsp dried Dill weed
1 tsp dried Onion Flakes
1 tsp dried Chives
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp ground black pepper

Maybe even put some (sans the parsley, salt & pepper) in oil and let it infuse....
