I happened upon that website doing a search on what the actual solidifying cooking temp is for egg whites. (It's around 145-150 F, if anyone's curious)

Exploratorium sounds like a place in Toronto called the Ontario Science Centre. Everyone who grew up around Tee-Oh has been there on a field trip or three.
