Hello all-
Glad to have some new people on here! I didn't realize that this WOE ties in with intermittent fasting so well. By combining these methods, I can eat what I want and still lose weight! It really is too good to be true (but it is true)
I do have to remember, not to eat outside of the 1 hour rule.
Watch for items that trigger hunger.
Do not snack- If hungry make it a CM meal
Drink water - instead of diet soda
Sleep - go to bed at a decent hour - it is so important for health as well as weight loss.
