All I can say is WOW to the
amount of info in this thread
alone!
I don't like what I am reading
about MORE dietary changes.
This is going to be a struggle
for me. I LOVE all the foods
that were discribed in these
articles. I feel discouraged in
the fact that I will have to give
my cheese away. I love cheese!
