This chart is just a guideline obviously I’m not going to always lose 3 pounds in one week that doesn’t really happen, especially if I get closer to my goal weight HOWEVER on the weekends I don’t have my daughter I tend to up my exercise intake and burn more fat and that might help move the scale - also I don’t have her X-mas break so I will be exercising 5-7 days in a row that week including after work.

Also I have told my daughter I want to be more active on weekends with her and might take her to the gym and swim with her or maybe I can exercise and she can do a tween class there. They have so much to offer children there just the kids membership alone is 50 a month I think (?)

If all goes as planned I should be at goal by the end of February 2021
