Sadly, yes. He also has a booklet on the insulin Index of many foods, and skim milk yogurt is 85% insulinogenic ..one of the highest listed. So although the PE diet might suggest whey, yogurt and cottage cheese as good...probably only for the bodybuilders ...Which I am not Following Diedra, after I finish this yogurt in fridge and buy some almond milk for coffee, I’ll be dairy-free and interested if it has a benefit for my joints too. Lechtins in Peanuts have bothered me before, so PB is already gone.
