I talked with a man a week ago, his doc said 2000 units a day too much, better to take 1000.

The US gov't thinks 30 nmol/L is enough. So a lot of studies cutoff at 50 nmol/l as they know 30 is too low.
But they're probably afraid of being accused of causing harm so many don't go higher anymore. |
