Hey Debbie. You're right about the photo uploads; it's broken. I'm pretty sure it's a matter of not wanting to tinker with the forum software because it's stable right now, and we don't want it to bust. I've been using imgbb.com and I've been happy with it.

I did a taco salad. I didn't get to the store for taco shells (for hubby) or sour cream, but we had lettuce, the taco meat, shredded cheddar, avocado, and homemade salsa. It was great!
