B: coffee, cream, boiled eggs, turkey sausage
L: turkey/salami roll ups, goat cheese, cucumbers
S: almonds (I know...I was struggling though)
D: cheese burger, 1/2 ciabatta roll, broccoli, salad (greens, vinaigrette)
When I look at my weight goal, it feels impossible. 120 is so far away.
