I don't think any of this is proving much other than how many uncontrolled variables must be involved haha! I'm doing my last experimental "cheat" tomorrow and will track with Urine, Blood and Breath strips/meters for the next week - continuing with very low carb after that to see how high I can push blood ketones as I have a new Mojo meter I want to work out. 1 dollar a shot so planning on only morning reading after the first day or two.
