After reading your story, I think I will stop being obsessed with weight loss. I don't plan to stop weighing and measuring, but I am going to stop giving up this or that to see if it makes a difference - so far none of the foods I have "given up" have made any difference. I do not intend to fast more than 14 hours a day. Since none of my other biomarkers have changed either, I assume this is going to be a long haul. Even if I lose no more weight, it is a healthier way of eating.
