If you're actually vomiting, it's probably not keto flu.
On him scooping sugar into his coffee--I have my doubts. I can of coke, 22 teaspoons of sugar. If somebody puts 3 or 4 teaspoons in their coffee, I think most people would call that a "lot" of sugar. I'm sure there are people who use more--but most tea and coffee drinkers, unless they're getting one of those milkshakes from Starbucks, are probably getting less sugar than soda drinkers.
Also, candy--I could take 20 grams of sugar from a starchy, fatty donut, or from some candy where it's just sugar. I wouldn't want to say the candy was better for me, but I'm willing to say the donut was worse for me. ![LOL](/images/smilies/lol.gif)
