Interesting Pilotgal! Mostly carnivore has been a very natural progression for me too. Low carb will always mean primarily meat for me, as I just don't like vegetables or fruit much and salt has always been my favorite spice. The only time I eat fruits and veggies is when I'm out with other people. But full disclosure, if dairy didn't adversely affect me, I'd eat a lot more of it.
Is this a common reaction? I've never heard of it before. I would wonder if I reacted that way too since, until about a month ago, the vast majority of pork I ate came in the form of bacon, which definitely causes some inflammation in me. Now I eat meatballs which are 50% ground pork with seemingly no adverse effects.
