Hey Jaz, 😸😺 thanks for the shout out. Flew thru my practice 5K in Old Wethersfield this morning. Perfect weather with a nice breeze. 34 minutes, 47 seconds. I felt great. Making tunafish salad for my lunches now. Looking for a white sauce with dill or mushrooms or onions for grilled chicken. Stuck on that. Scale won’t move, so I better. Running again tomorrow.
