Here's a new idea.

Finely shredded roast beef, extra hot horseradish, salt, pepper and softened butter. Mix together as you would tuna salad.

At this point you can use a small cookie dough scoop and put little scoops on a parchment lined tray and refrigerate until cold. Delicious fat bomb!

Or.. you could refrigerate and use as a spread on keto crackers.
