LOL yes, the brie!!

Dangerously good. FIgure the natto is a cheaper source of K2..... and the K2 is in certain dairy, gouda, and a couple others. And the longer aged the more likely.

After eating a few absolutely delicious aged cheese, my knuckles started to swell and be painful. Ive steered clear of the aged cheeses since, and as Im trying to get back into ketosis, shoved dairy off my plate, for now.

Isnt is odd that the geese are super fed corn, yet it is the grasses that feed the gut microbes that make the Vitamin K2....? Doesnt make sense that the goose liver pate should have high K2.
