First time with Trainer Dan’s new workout 10 x 10

10 cardio sprints (elliptical) 90 sec each alternating with one of the following 10 exercises to muscle burn out

Bicep curls
Chest press
Leg press
Triceps rope
Leg extensions
Seated row
Prone leg curl
Shoulder press
Lat pull downs
Pull up assist

Notes: Pretty much felt like jelly after this workout. I thought he was going to have shovel me up and deposit me in my car.

Also got to talking to another gal that does some bad ass workouts. She’s been coming for the last 3-4 weeks and I haven’t really had much time to say more than hi or how’s it going? Had the mutual admiration society going between us. Pretty cool.
