My two favorite types of non-food nourishment are still health related. Walking while listening to low carb podcasts like Obesity Code and 2 KetoDudes, plus Politics, News and Interviews, etc for general info. I also read most anything, fiction and non, but those health books take up so much shelf space at the library, I have mostly non-fiction at home, currently Diabetes Code.
