It's time to jump back on the wagon! Last fall I lost almost 10 lbs and then the Holidays came and I gained it all back plus. I have NAFLD (non alcoholic fatty liver disease) and need to take care of my liver before I get into more dangerous territory. I'm glad you still have this challenge going.
