Hi there.

WHY are you trying to eat less meat? is it monetary/ animal welfare/something else?

I was vegetarian for 14 years, the last 7 of which i was lowcarb. i have been eating fish/seafood/chicken/turkey and very occasional pork for about 4 years now and feel much healthier- i make better strength gains from exercise, i get sick less often, and my hair and nails are stronger.

With that said, yes i ate a lot of soy, and still consume it maybe 3-4 times a week in the form of shirataki noodles, dry roasted edamame, fresh edamame, tofu or tempeh.
i would avoid going overboard with it, as i would avoid eating too much of ANY food.

here are some dairy free, meat free, non soy ideas for you:

1. eggs- scrambled, steamed, fried, omelets, quiches.....i eat 1-3 eggs per day probably 5 times a week.

2. zucchini noodles with an asian peanutbutter sauce

3. avocado soup- blend avo, almond milk, salt, pepper, and any other spices you enjoy. eat chilled
you can also make an avocado pudding by adding cocoa and sweetener and blending. sounds weird, but it is really creamy and satisfying.

4. i love making "ice cream" with coconut milk. you cn also freeze cubes of coconut milk and then blend them with more coocnut milk, sweetener and vanilla for a "milk shake." you can also add things like almond butter, chia seeds, berries, cocoa, etc....

5. search the forums for "muffin in a minute." there are endless variations, but it is basically a muffin made with almond, coconut or flaxmeal, or a mix.
don't forget to top them with coconut "butter."

6. spaghetti squash with olvie oil and salt/pepper or pesto.

etc....

so yes, you can lowcarb without tons of meat- but i think you should have some. dairy free and meatfree doesn't leave you with much variety.
