Do you have any sort of medical plan that covers part of the pharmaceuticals? I got the shock of my life picking up some of my mother's pills in the US and the reason was that the pharmacy no longer carries over policy information from year to year as they always did in the past. I was able to run home & find her policy paperwork and have the pharmacy confirm and re-enter it for 2016 and then pay $15 instead of >$100.
