Thanks all -- I read ,on the one site that you provided a while back Janet, that a diabetic should take magnesium malate (1200mg 2X daily). Although I might switch to magnesium citrate.(I've been taking 1000 mg magnesium malate daily). Although I have a history of stomache upsets with IBS so maybe it would be too much. Do you take Mag. citrate or malate Janet?
Also you'd think I'd get enough salt from bacon, pork rinds, and hamburger -- or do I need to supplement it?
I looked up Clear Organic Acacia Fiber -- might be something I'll get. It does have 4 G carbs per serving though.
